It is an application for mobile devices, which allowsresidents of the state of Zacatecas communicate in adirectly with the C5 (Center for Coordination, Control,Command, Compute, Communications) forreport emergencies, whether Public Safety,Civil, Medical and/or Public Services Protection, with theoption to provide evidence in photos, audio or video, receivealert notifications, consult security information andchat with a specialized operator who will be attendingthe report.
